Key Responsibilities
- Make changes to existing websites
- Configure Power Go products to ensure customer success
- Create and lay out newsletters to increase conversion rates
- Manage customer or product lists for online stores
- Add pages or edit website sections using a CMS
- Using project documents, configure and launch complete websites in collaboration with friendly colleagues with a variety of talents (graphic designers, copywriters, developers, account managers, etc.)
- Manage suppliers, communicate and configure data exchanges
- Work with the team to integrate various marketing tools (Google Shop, Google Analytics, Facebook Shop, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
- Acquire technical expertise of Power Go products to become a reference for the sales team and actively contribute to the success of projects.
About You
- Between two (2) and five (5) years of website management experience
- Experience with the following software: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mailchimp, Facebook Commerce Manager and Google Shop
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of the WordPress platform
- Knowledge of SEO practices, an asset
- Knowledge of translation and content generation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), an asset
- Knowledge of basic web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP), an asset
- Good knowledge of written English and French
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness and creativity
