From June 3 to 6, the Power Go team gathered at Estérel for ZeliA, our fourth annual technology retreat.

Every year, this retreat gives us an opportunity to step away from our daily routines, strengthen relationships, learn together and focus on what’s next.

At Power Go, we believe the best innovations happen when passionate people are given the space to grow, collaborate and challenge themselves. ZeliA was built around that idea.

Starting with the people who inspire us

Before arriving at Estérel, we stopped to visit several dealership partners.

These visits are always among the most meaningful moments of our retreats. They allow us to step outside our own reality and see firsthand the impact of our work on the businesses we serve.

Every dealership has its own story, challenges and ambitions. These conversations remind us why we innovate every day and how fortunate we are to be trusted by powersports dealerships across North America.

Learning from one of the best

One of the highlights of ZeliA was welcoming Jean-François Ménard, a world-renowned mental performance coach who has worked with some of the world’s top athletes.

Over the course of an afternoon, he shared his perspective on sustainable performance, mental preparation, resilience and continuous improvement.

While his expertise comes from elite sports, his message resonated deeply with our business reality. Great achievements rarely happen by chance. They are built through discipline, preparation and a shared commitment to growth.

His session provided practical tools, but more importantly, it challenged us to think differently about what it means to perform as a team.

48 hours focused on the future

Inspired and energized, our teams then turned their attention to innovation.

For 48 hours, developers, account managers, marketers, designers and strategists worked side by side on two major innovation projects.

The goal was simple: push the boundaries of what artificial intelligence can do for dealerships.

We’re not ready to reveal all the details yet, but you’ll begin seeing the results in the coming weeks.

The solutions developed during ZeliA will make AI an even more natural part of everyday dealership operations, particularly when it comes to inventory management and website administration.

We can’t wait to share them with you.

Performance requires balance

At Power Go, we believe it’s impossible to build a high-performing team without taking care of the people behind it.

That’s why ZeliA was never just about technology.

Many team members started their mornings with cycling, running, swimming or walking before the day’s activities began.

We also took time to slow down through yoga, spa experiences and moments of relaxation that allowed us to reconnect and recharge.

This approach is deeply embedded in our culture because we believe well-being, physical health and performance are closely connected.

Celebrating success together

Innovation and hard work deserve to be celebrated.

On Friday evening, we gathered to recognize the accomplishments of the past few months, celebrate team successes and enjoy time together.

The evening quickly turned into a memorable celebration, complete with karaoke performances that revealed a few hidden talents across the team.

These moments may seem simple, but they matter. They strengthen relationships, build trust and remind us that behind every project, every line of code and every success story are passionate people.

Because celebrating wins is just as important as pursuing the next challenge.

A culture built around growth

ZeliA also took place during our annual Activity Month, an internal initiative that encourages every team member to stay active and take on collective fitness challenges.

We firmly believe that the growth of a company begins with the growth of its people.

Investing in our team, their well-being, their development and their ability to innovate is a core part of who we are.

Building REAL change

As ZeliA came to an end, one belief stood stronger than ever.

The most powerful technologies only matter because of the people who imagine, build and use them.

By investing in both our team and innovation, we continue to pursue our mission:

Building REAL change in an industry of passionate people.
