Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and offer them tailored solutions related to loyalty
  • Follow-up on various customer requests and marketing campaigns
  • Track results of current client programs & follow-up with clients
  • Train clients
  • Launch new loyalty programs
  • Create mass communications for our customers (news, improvements, etc.)
