- Identify customer needs and offer them tailored solutions related to loyalty
- Follow-up on various customer requests and marketing campaigns
- Track results of current client programs & follow-up with clients
- Train clients
- Launch new loyalty programs
- Create mass communications for our customers (news, improvements, etc.)
- Sense of initiative
- Be able to carry out several projects simultaneously
