About us

Power Go develops specialized web and marketing solutions for powersports dealers, recreational vehicles, agricultural machinery, trucks, and other related sectors. Today, more than 450 dealerships use our platforms daily. We are in an important phase of our evolution, both in terms of product growth and the transformation of how we work.

We are also in a critical phase where we are integrating artificial intelligence across all our platforms and internal tools. This is already changing how we design, develop, operate, and evolve our products.

Main responsibilities

Domain management and coordination

  • Take ownership of domain transfer cases for company clients
  • Conduct the necessary research and follow-ups to locate a domain, its DNS provider, or the required access
  • Coordinate communications with clients, agencies, registrars, hosting providers, and other stakeholders
  • Clearly explain the steps, constraints, and when required, why we must host or control the DNS

Technical validation and continuous improvement

  • Use our internal tools to facilitate the search, validation, and transfer of DNS zones
  • Verify technical elements related to domains, DNS, zone files, and web configurations before and after transfers
  • Perform final validations to ensure service stability and continuity
  • Collaborate with the development team to further automate operations and improve validation and automated cleanup

About you

  • Between two (2) and five (5) years of experience in a web, technical, or digital operations role
  • Hands-on experience with domains, DNS, transfers, or comparable web environments
  • Good understanding of nameservers, DNS records, zone files, and registrar access
  • Comfortable working on cases that require investigation, structuring information, and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective way
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and well-organized
  • Strong written communication skills in both French and English
